Special Board of Directors Meeting
August 25, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in the Club Room

MINUTES

Directors present: Dane Lucas,Jeff Rolland, Collette Sellers, Constance Stumin, Gerard Montgomery and George Koury. Absent: Dave White.
Special Meeting to consider Paint Contract.

MOTIONS:

Motion: “We hire Home Pro Inspections to scan by infrared detectors, in order to locate
the source of water intrusion”.

Seconded: Constance Stumin
Motion withdrawn. We will survey the building and work with an engineer.

Motion: “Add West Walkway into the paint contract”.
Made by: George Koury
Seconded: Colette Sellers
Vote: Accepted.

Against: Jeff Rolland, Gerard Montgomery.

Motion: “To sign Letter of Intent with Halbert to paint the garage for $12,000”.

TREASURER: Treasurer"s report - accepted unanimously.
MANAGER: Manager"s Report - accepted unanimously.

Dane will contact lawyer to collect rent from units that are in arrears on maintenance or
assessments.

COMMITTEES:
SAFETY: Report accepted unanimously.
Address new keys in Budget next year.

MOTIONS:
Motion: “Confer with lawyer before we vote on paint contract re guarantees by painter.”
