Motion: To approve the Minutes of January 18, 2010 meeting and post to
the PP BLOG.

Motion: To use Bushong Insurance Associates as the agency to handle Pelican Point’s comprehensive property and liability insurance policy and approving the $80,000 premium down payment to bind the policy.
