MINUTES:
Minutes dated 3/11/08 and 3/31/08 accepted unanimously.
REPORTS:
TREASURER: Treasurerʼs report - accepted unanimously.
MANAGER: Managerʼs Report presented status of building.
COMMITTEES:
BUILDING: Intron update provided.
Addressed ownerʼs concerns on 1403.
SAFETY: Presented safety concerns.
GREEN: West Balcony planters a problem.
PRESIDENTʼS TIME: Various concerns addressed in his report.
MOTIONS:
“The Pledge as presented by Dane be signed by the Board”. No Second.
“Dave White and George Koury be seated as new members”. Unanimously approved.
(They are co-chairs of the Architectural Review Committee.)
“Adding clean outs in lower floors”. Unanimously approved.
“Cut off valves be installed on 11th floor for up to $3000. Unanimously approved.
“Shut off water to West Balcony planters temporarily”. No Second.
“After 10 days we will send a ʻ30 day letterʼ stating we will file a lien before 60 days from
original due date”. Unanimously approved.
“We should file a money judgement against 1702”. Unanimously approved.
“Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of the month.” Unanimously approved.
The next meeting is set for May 20, 2008 at 5 p.m. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
