The first two items were on the December 1 report and remain unresolved.
1. Trouble lights on fire panel are still a problem and have not been fixed. The PA system has again partially failed. The alarm company tried and failed to resolve these problems. They will try again. We may have to switch service companies. I am waiting for aproposal from an alternate provider.
2. Some owners have disconnected parts of the alarm system. Management will re-connect or re-install the missing components.
3. A police presentation on neighborhood watch is being set up.
4. Lightning rods on roof are being inspected.
5. Camera system is being re-evaluated - camera placement, monitor, service contract.
6. A committee is investigating new doors and/or keys.
7. Guests in 206 have caused concern to residents; rocks being
thrown at the building at 3 in the morning, front door being propped
open and left at 7 a.m. The owner has been called and written to.
