MINUTES

9/25/08

Directors present: Colette Sellers, Shawn Griffith, Doug Myers, Constance Stumin, George KouryAbsent: Ed Buttner

Special Note: Rod Montgomery’s resignation was accepted with regret and is no longer a member of the BOD.

Special BOD Meeting: To further discuss the issues of the roof, finances and water intrusions

The Minutes of the September 18, 2008 special meeting were approved unanimously and posted to the PP BLOG. The Manager’s report was discussed extensively and also posted to the BLOG.

Motion: To list delinquent owners behind on assessments, but currently renting their units.

Motion: To contact our lawyers, Patterson and Anderson, send appropriate pages of our new documents, stating our rights to send notice and collection rights to the delinquent owners.

Motion: To utilize B&G Plumbing to identify cracks in drain pipes by camera.
