The Minutes of the September 25, 2008 special meeting were approved and posted to the PelicanBrief BLOG. Ed Buttner abstained as he was not present at the meeting of 09/25/08
Motion: To engage Ed Whelan to review specific clauses of the Halbert painting contract with a cap set on his legal fee.
