BUDGET – We are now getting very comprehensive reports and will have copies on the table for Board guests.
BUILDING PROJECTS – The Garage & Planters have been given to this committee. It was recommended to remove all plants, and planters, leaving only the interior walls on the periphery, as they are solid, and add to that height.
SAFETY – We are meeting this month with Det. Keen to set up and get started with the Neighbor-hood Watch Program. PLEASE STOP LETTING VISITORS INTO THE BUILDING no matter who it is or who they are here to see.
LEGAL & GOVERNMENT –
Mike has agreed to also be our Condo Docs point man. He will also review all contracts, including the new roof one.
GROUNDS & BUILDING- We now have a list of problems on floors and in mechanical and other rooms, which they will be addressing.
